That’s why PEDDLE PLUS AND THE PARENT COMPANY “NEXME RETAILTECH PRIVATE LIMITED” DOES NOT STORE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION.
This is just an unique interface to connect you with retailers (who are using our PEDDLE PLUS Retail Software).
But in future considering any circumstances or policy change from respective state or national government, our privacy policy is subject to change at any time without notice. To make sure you are aware of any changes, please review this policy periodically.
In general, you can use the App without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself to PEDDLE PLUS AND NEXME RETAILTECH PRIVATE LIMITED.
We only access your mail id through our API/Web Services just to send you the OTP in login screen for authentication purpose. So your mail id is also not stored in our server.
If you choose to buy on the App, we don’t collect any information about your buying behavior. It is absolutely safe with you and your retailer from whom you buy the product(s).
If you transact with the any retailer through the App, we don’t collect any additional information, such as a billing address, a credit / debit card number and a credit / debit card expiration date and/ or other payment instrument details and tracking information from cheques or money orders. It is absolutely safe with you and your retailer from whom you buy the product(s).
If you choose to post messages on our message boards, chat rooms or other message areas or leave feedback for any product or any particular retailer, it straigt goes to the retailers, we don’t collect that information you provide on our App. Your retailers retain such information as necessary to resolve disputes, provide customer support and troubleshoot problems as permitted by law.
If you have any feedback, you want to share for PEDDLE PLUS app or NEXME RETAILTECH PRIVATE LIMITED, you may share it on Google Play Store & Apple Store for Android Phone Users and Apple Phone Users, respectively.
We don’t hold any responsibility and liability for commercial transaction occurred between you and retailers because we don’t keep your payments with us while you make any payment to retailers through our app, which directly goes to the retailers. So any payment related disputes raises for any transaction you agree not to put us in any legal or judicial litigations. You agree not to involve PEDDLE PLUS and NEXME RETAILTECH PRIVATE LIMITED and its directors and promoters in any such legal cases.
We are not involved in your product delivery from Retailers to your address. It is the retailer to whom you have placed the order, who does deliver it on his own responsibility. So NEXME RETAILTECH PRIVATE LIMITED and PEDDLE PLUS is not responsible for any product quality related disputes, any pricing related issues or any delay in delivery or failure in delivery of the product.
We may occasionally ask you to complete optional online surveys that too with your sole permission. These surveys may ask you for contact information and demographic information (like zip code, age, or income level). We use this data to tailor your experience at our App, providing you with content that we think you might be interested in and to display content according to your preferences.

Our App links to other Apps/Website of Retailers, that may collect personally identifiable information about you. PEDDLE PLUS and NEXME RETAILTECH PRIVATE LIMITED is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of those linked Apps.
