We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Executive to contribute in generating sales for our product Peddle Plus. You will be responsible for closing sales deals by visiting and showing demo and maintaining good customer relationships.
An effective Sales Executive must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills having experience in IT and Software Sales. They must be comfortable presenting products or services visiting retail stores and online as well.
The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the Retail industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
- Sell Peddle Plus by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing timely response, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of- the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Prepare action plans for the various teams on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis in coordination with the Marketing team so that effective team execution and objective of walk- ins and closures for the sales are achieved.
- Client acquisition, retention, the enhancement will be a part of the KRA.
- Responsible for New Business Development via prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing
- Advertising services to increase the market share of promising designs.
- Be responsible for end-to-end sales: Lead Generation to closure and post-closure relationship management.
Required sales executive having 3-5 years experience in Direct Sales of B2B Retail Software. (Preferably Selling Software Solutions to Retailers)
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Experience in Sales- Good Communication & Presentable Good Leadership – Proven sales experience in CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and with the team, to work effectively across functional lines, to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, to make consequential decisions that bring sales and other activities to closure.
- Perseverance. Makes all possible effort to understand the viewpoints of external and internal customers
- Should have Fire & Hunger for Sales and should be a consistent High performer
- The candidate should have excellent communication skills.
- Hands-on problem-solving aptitude, with the ability to conceptualize the right solutions for complex and diverse business needs.
- Job Knowledge – Good understanding of retailer profile, retail industry, and software products for retailers and good networking skills.
