Why Community Commerce

Retailers remain retailers. They just need offline store with online presence. Why do they need to share higher % of margin for tech enablement? Why can’t they adopt cluster model, exact replica of physical marketplace created in digital format. Why divide & rule by few? Why not add & grow by few? Why not cooperate with big brands, multiply & grow without cannibalizing each other market share with pricing war and capital dumping.
Retail is retailer. Consumer is consumer. Farmer is farmer. They are irreplaceable. Service providers, tech players, financiers, and manufacturers may change. Consumer preferences and price sensibility changes with time.
Currently no authentic comparison of online, GT, MT and wholesale pricing matrix of any brand at any given point of time, different MRP, different weights of same product make it difficult and confusing for customers to plan their list buying. Group buying has died down premature death, it’s time for community commerce.
